Workshop Menu:

  • Mushroom and walnut Pâté
  • Potato and wakame cakes with roasted red pepper dip
  • Roasted cauliflower soup with toasted almond ‘parmesan’
  • Leek, lentil & cashew nut roast with a red wine gravy
  • Sticky Toffee Pudding

Group size is limited to 6 people. Tickets include samples, recipe booklets and food to take home. Please remember to bring a tupperware container with you!
