We use seasonal and locally sourced ingredients where possible. All our produce is organic.

We are big fans of vegetables, grains and legumes. We also love animals, so you won’t find them in our food or drinks.

All of our food is freshly cooked onsite by Claire and Philippe. We hope you will enjoy it, but we welcome your feedback on ways we can improve our offering and our service.

We love the versatility of wheat flour and use organic French flour in our baked goods. However, we understand that it is not kind to everyone, so we endeavour to always have gluten- or wheat-free options available.
